Capacitating Skills Development Faciltators

The MICT SETA hosted Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) Capacity Building Workshops early this year across various regions as part of preparations for the 2025/26 Workplace Skills Plans (WSPs) and Annual Training Reports (ATRs).

These workshops provided a comprehensive overview of the WSP/ATR submission process, practical tools for compliance, and key insights to help stakeholders effectively align with national training goals.

A key highlight was the introduction of the Integrated Learner Management System (ILMS), developed in collaboration with Tshwane University of Technology.

This digital platform promises to streamline the planning and reporting process, ensuring efficiency and quality throughout.

Skills Development Facilitators walked away empowered and equipped to navigate the skills development landscape confidently.
